I don’t think selling worthless shares for 20 years qualifies as a company, there’s another name for that.
Companies usually do something.
They make & sell products, provide a service, something that earns revenue to keep their doors open.
Since this...ummm...stock does nothing, has always none nothing and has no doors, all the $$$ they receive goes to line their pockets.
Leaving investors with nothing in theirs.
