A few reasons:

The Fed will raise rates again in the short term and the market will react negatively.

My big position FBIOX is not aligned with SumGrowth. I locked in a 10% gain and am ecstatic but I want to get in step with the program. I had the six ranked fund in my portfolio but it had the best performance over last 3 months.

I am uneasy looking at some of the charts and think we need to retest at least the lows. I looked at the USHL5 chart as well and it also seemed to suggest that it has come back a long way and seems to need a higher low and not a clear break over zero.
