You misunderstood me. I didn't mean the news was horrible (in fact, its actually superb), I meant that understanding the loan agreement was a horrible mess for me.

Maybe others can understand all that verbiage easier than me, but for me to try and understand it was just "horrible".

But let me go back and re-read that post. Maybe I just worded it poorly.
