You know what else is Interesting, VStock Tranfer and the precision timing of the share structure updates

As of February 8, 2018, there were 104,477,936 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding

but then

Shares to be outstanding after the offering

113,377,936 shares of Company Common Stock


As of Feb 21st 2018 this Information has not been updated on OTCBB?

103,877,936 what number is that? Whos Job is it to keep shareholders updated? Maybe the same person who proof read that filing, updates VStock Transfer of provided Information?
