As I stated, the SEC doesn’t really make it public when they’re looking into a complaint. They do that after their investigation is over. They also do not provide you a link to whistle blowers documents that you’ve filled out. It doesn’t matter to me whether people believe the SEC is investigating SFOR or not. I know what I’ve submitted and if in fact a violation has occurred, I would expect the SEC to take action.

In summary, what you’re asking proof of for doesn’t exist. It’s not made available to the public. It’s out of the whistle Blower’s hands as soon as it’s submitted. The assumption that the SEC calls and gives daily updates with PDF meeting notes delivered via email is totally false.
