I think this is exactly what Anavex has been dealing with.

YUP, agree. We are of course speculating but it sure looks like they want sponsors to show up with Biomarker data (or stay home). IMO, they will expect the DD/trials/scientific evidence to support their biomarker test/trials/acceptance criteria. I would leave it to Falconer or others to detail what then happens but it seems like trials progress 101 to me. Another good question would be how is AD stage 1-6 going to be progressed- measured?

Now, not to get ahead of the process here, but if AVXL shows up and they present proper Biomarker evidence w/acceptance criteria in hand then....GAME OVER. I guess we'll see. Also, RETT studies and efficacy evidence get bigger every day in terms of possible consequences. It is possible that RWE correlations in RETT will be a factor. Do you think he knew that early on, before they wrote the rules? Just hope it happens soon.
