Yes, you are absolutely right. If there is another big news event soon that will make the price Skyrocket again. My concern is that the negotiation calls for no closure of this latest merger deal for a minimum of four and a half more months, and they are not allowed to merge with anyone else in the meantime. Either they have something big and tricky up their sleeve, or we continue downhill as usual. But that has been the situation for the last 4 or 5 years, and the length of time between the KKR merger and this latest one was years. The PPS as we all know can get highly damaged in that time.
