Looking at the entities...
Novus Capital is senior noteholder with QSIM.. Novus sold Vivakor all viable assets and agreements to them for convertible stock... Now why would Novus want convertible stock in an illiquid VIVK stock and why would VIVK want noteholders converting equity that will tank an otherwise illiquid security?
VIVK CEO has longtime relationship to QSIM and CEO... but still???
Looking deeper... at the same time VIVK is announcing activities and JV with CSS Nanotech whose NanoSponge technology could help VIVK’s oil activities... Problem is CSS does not currently have a production facility to scale their Nano materials... DD CSS Nanotech and their is a wide potential applications for their NanoSponge, including various divisions that would operate as seperate entities such as a battery division.. curiously the battery patents owned by QSIM remain with QSIM...
Meanwhile, Novus Capital, who basically is a venture capital firm, lends to many small start ups.. Happened to DD them and came across they were acquiring via bankruptcy some patents, etc. from Southwest Nanotechnology.., Curiously, CSS Nanotech had offered to buy the same patents last year...
Seems to me that QSIM/Novus has a public shell with tax write offs and some convertible VIVK stock that could benefit a start up entity. Novus is venture capital. CSS Nanotech appears to have a need for manufacturing and expanding tech. VIVK cannot do anything with the Nano oil technology without scaling materials..
It seems to me that there is a wide array of possibility... but again we can only wait to see if anything ever develops...
