This is nothing New, so called Disgruntled Shareholders make some Noise, the stock that is valued at $18-$23 takes a dip and is brought down to $16 or maybe lower, they buy more and Sell once It Rallies closer to merger date or upon exchange get more shares or cash upon finalization of the merger. It's Economics and a Game I See Them Play Time After Time..
