Now we learn that Scepter (America's arm of an international metals company with 25 years of experience) will reverse merger into mphase and then within the next 3 or 4 months it will acquire the main company in Singapore.

This effectively takes a private company public and then the company buys out the main company in Singapore to create an American international company. Scepter will be headquartered in the U.S. and intends to have offices internationally in Singapore, Mumbai, Dubai and London.
