The math doesn't make sense at this level to do a reverse split to uplist. There aren't enough shares outstanding to warrant a 1 to 15-20ish reverse split to get the share price to a level that NASDAQ requires to uplist. Reverse merger, more likely...but now, with money, personnel and momentum, why not organically increase the share price by hitting milestones over the next 6-9 months?
