I don't think Missling is doing anything wrong, per se. I think he is being overly cautious in trying to collect as much data now as possible.

Dado made the argument that Missling could be stalling, trying to get as much data as possible to help facilitate a partnership or buyout.

It's also possible he just wants to have as much data to pick the "right" trial pool.

But at some point he has to sh_t or get off the pot. There will always be some other test to run to collect new data. The FDA thing could have been wrapped up months ago but Missling is still putzing around with genome sequencing, etc.

If 273 is the wonder drug everyone thinks it is, just run the trial and it should produce at least decent results.

If 273 is shown to only work for 5% of those suffering from AD, yeah, maybe it gets approved, but is it going to be a marketable drug? Who knows?
