I think it's not someone. It's many people here know something and its not about the next deal or the next PR. They've known it for months and even over a year. It's the sum of the whole. Many other OTC stocks live from one PR to the next. This one you can see down the road of the PR's and other events that are setup like ducks in a row.

Rory foreshowdows what is going to happen. Not foretells as many CEO's do that end up being wrong. This is an investors dream and a flipper's worst nightmare. Those that sold at .12 are still on the sidelines.
