Yes well You got lucky because

So that makes it official that RCMH has been abandoned since 2011.

It is nothing but a dead shell that is 7 years delinquent with its required SEC filings and a huge risk to be revoked as a seriously delinquent SEC filer. All the reverse merger rumors are bogus.

Back in 2011 when RCMH was last active it used an address as 44081 Pipeline Plaza, Suite 310, Ashburn, VA 20148.

Now 7 years later that suite has been occupied by a different company named Arcogent Inc.

Obviously, RCMH stopped paying for 44081 Pipeline Plaza, Suite 310, Ashburn, VA 20148 making the suite available for a new renter and several years later Arcogent Inc moved into the vacant suite.

No reverse merger just baseless rumors.

Careful if you are playing RCMH. It is nothing but stock manipulation at its ugliest.

I also contacted Arcogent Inc and suggested they make a statement on their twitter page or website to let the public know that the reverse merger rumors are false. Hopefully they do that.
