INTV $12.00+ Fundamental Valuation Confirmation…

Within the tweet from INTV below, they have done us shareholders a huge favor and calculated out the annual Net Income in the amount of $826,000 from them having 333 bitcoin mining machines:

This equates to approximately $2,480 Annually per bitcoin mining machine as derived below…

$826,000 ÷ 333 Total Bitcoin Mining Machines = $2,480.48

Before going any further, courtesy of Scotttrader80, the post below indicates why INTV will not fall into the negative categories with the SEC as some of the other bitcoin stocks to eliminate any of such concerns:

Per the INTV website below, the current Outstanding Shares (OS) for INTV is 8,964,103 shares:

Within the INTV PR below, it was indicated that INTV is in the process of signing a 2 year lease agreement for a facility that’s capable of hosting of up to 1,500+ mining rigs:

The Company is in process of signing a 2 year lease agreement for the facility, equipped with a 4000 amps heavy power service, capable of hosting of up to 1,500+ mining rigs.

1,500 Bitcoin Mining Machines x $2,480 Net Income Per Year Per Machine = $3,720,000 Annual Net Income

Now I will derive the Fundamental Valuation based on all of what we now know from what I have indicated above considering its Outstanding Shares (OS) of 8,964,103 Shares.

Net Income ÷ Outstanding Shares (OS) = Earnings Per Share (EPS)

$3,720,000 Net Income Annually ÷ 8,964,103 Shares (INTV OS) = .414 EPS

Now we must multiply the EPS by a Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio to get a Fundamental Valuation to consider for where INTV could exist to trade. The P/E Ratio is the variable that is multiplied by the EPS to get where a stock should fundamentally trade compared to the other stocks within its Industry or Sector. The links below should help to better understand the P/E Ratio logic as being the growth rate to help assess the fundamental valuation of a stock:

Within the Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency Industry, there is no known official P/E Ratio, but I think given the new-found growth of the industry over any other industry within the market, I think we all could agree that using 30 would be deemed a fairly conservative number to use in my opinion.

Please understand, if one chooses to consider a lower number or a higher number, simply use the Substitution Property to replace such variable or any other variable to what you might choose to believe is a more fair variable to consider.

EPS x P/E Ratio = INTV Share Price Valuation

INTV EPS = .414
Bitcoin Industry P/E Ratio = 30

.414 EPS x 30 P/E Ratio = $12.42 INTV Share Price Fundamental Valuation

Please understand, I personally see these numbers a little better beyond than just being speculation. I see them closer to being factual considering that all that INTV has achieved thus far. I have more reasons to believe that INTV will surpass these goals than not. Another huge plus is that INTV is a fully reporting company that files audited financials with the SEC. This adds an extra layer of validity.

I have read comments and have spoken to a few different people with thoughts regarding the post above and all have had legitimate thoughts. I would have to create a few different valuation posts if I take everyone’s thoughts into consideration. I must reiterate, use the Substitution Property and make any change to any variable to make such thoughts make sense to your liking. Respectfully, the post is not the gospel and is only to be used as a frame to have to be able to help paint your own picture that makes sense to you. Regardless, any picture that is painted and placed into any frame of consideration should reflect that INTV is significantly undervalued at these levels.
