Last I saw in the news here in Toronto was that it will be legal and passed all the votes prior to July but won't be made available for purchase until the fall. August or September. That will allow any further tweaking of provincial regulations to be finalized. I understand that Ontario's police is up to speed and will be ready which was (or is) an issue. Everyone wants more time but the governing party is holding firm in time frames.
We've all known it was coming but the ones who won't onside constantly drag their feet until told that deadlines are firm and 'suddenly' they are ready.
