A few updates today:
LIBE would like to apologize for the delays in 8-Ks recently as our SEC attorney recently passed away. With our year end and first quarter filings behind us we hope to have new talent on asap. Conrad Lysiak was an advocate, mentor, and friend for many years.

Awaiting first payment on a financial settlement regarding the Integro deal. They've failed to complete their audit in time and have agreed to cover our legal expenses ($40K)

MetalFab and Riastrad should be delivering 3 Guard Lite units to 3 different lighting distributors as introduced by Michael Quinn of QSM

Dr. Cellucci tells us that the new software for the Guard Lite is almost completed. Most likely by the end of this month.

Phone call set for late afternoon with interested investors regarding the purchase of the Playboy Club, NJ. If all goes well we should expect them flying out this week.

A little town in CA is expected to lift our gag on their identity by the end of the week (it's all dependent upon another deal closing)
