Keep in mind that there are probably others who are sidelined waiting for IND submission or other events before jumping in...I agree with others about this current level being a discount PPS... once IND is submitted a host of events could cause PPS to spike up to who knows where...my advice is do your dd...make a decision...if you decide to buy in think about how much time you have before the next major event comes along...don't think for a moment that other large investors are not watching this...if all sideliners jump in at the same time...kaboom!
