Tx for the response I will forward it to the people and let them decide I just didn't know how they should go about it. I have never bought a block at a discount and Im gonna let them decide how or what they want to do. Im staying out of it all I know is I like what is going on and I think like you once IND is filed and approved it will be a flyer.
