I was aware of this two years ago Willy. Every contract written faces that risk Willy. Where the hell have you been my friend? What’s your point? Any contact can be broken my friend. Mark it!!! I don’t give a rat’s ass who tickles the paper with the pen!!! Welcome to the real world. The only way a contract stays in play are by all the parties involved. So that my work with some. But once again that argument carries zero weight with me Baby!!! Two years later that topic comes up? Digging deep in the toolbox of last resorts.
