I'm sorry but isn't that what companies do with stocks..this is why they go public to help them grow . This is a penny stock right now if you look at most penny stock you will find companies selling stock to grow their business. That's the way it works if they had no intentions of selling stock why would they go public they could of stayed private but choose to go public to grow their company..10'000 dollars is nothing for a company this size. I'm just surprised he only took out 10'000....And buy the way who cares it's his company.
