And if you look, you'll see that those 3 tickers were talked about in great detail on this forum and on the forums belonging to those tickers going back to mid-January. I'd argue that this forum nailed those scams.

Going back further you'll see only a handful of suspensions since September 2017 that were not the result of the Issuer being severely delinquent with its SEC reporting obligations. Those tickers were UBIA, CRCW, ATLT, ALME, STVA, and NNSV.

CRCW, ATLT, STVA were talked about in detail.

One moderator on this forum, Renee, is very diligent about sharing information about tickers which are very delinquent in their filings giving investors plenty of warning about the potential for their ticker to get suspended because of that delinquency.


I don't think the problem is that scams are being missed. The problem is that the SEC has been suspending very few scams the past several months.

Now if you feel there is some scam out that that hasn't gotten its fair due on this forum the whole idea of the forum is for people to share their research with others. Please feel free to share your research.


One ticker I feel is a huge scam that I know has been covered in detail by members of this forum is DRWN. Careful on that one. It is definitely a suspension risk.
