Well, I've seen it being pumped in different message boards and such; maybe, it is a buy, maybe a buy and dump. I don't have the time to check it out. IMO, OB will not be in 3 area for much longer and may be much bigger than expected. You might want to check out SFTV; great price, it just had a dip to .003 and should have a ticker change soon.
