Power, Your assumptions are as good as mine. Sure would help if we had access to the wording in the MTA. Don't know about offline testing in humans but , it is possible that further human testing could be conducted under the auspices of some other national authority as was our P1 human test conducted in Germany by ABX-CRO (see PR below). As noted all clinical trials need/are not registered on Clinical Trials.gov.

Reviewing Opicinumab on that site, it is listed as "recruiting" for a 240 patient P2 and described as an "Add-on therapy to other Disease Modifying Therapies". The results of the initial optic nerve trial are documented there too.

Just can't see 2-73 gathering dust on the shelf in the foremost MS laboratories in the world at Biogen and WSU...at least not for long!
