wouldn't the procedure be the same as when GTE rec'd the AMEX notice? That had to be PR'd....the notification itself, which was prior to the review of evidence (both the preliminary review and the final review re: panel determination)

I think GTE had to notify SH and chose to release all the bad news lump-sum for wknd assimilation
