Bullet, people don't like taking pills and if those pills don't help, why take them?

I visit three memory care units each week, usually at the time pills are being dispersed. The nurses/technicians have a very hard time getting patients to take those pills deemed necessary and don't want to hassle with pills not necessary.

The same sentiments exist for those living at home and being cared for by love ones.
