The merger will be done between two Sub's: From WMIH it will be Wand merger, from NMS it will be Nationstar Holding.We are not directly involve in Wand merger. Only KKR and WMIH. Wand Merger is now Getting 2.8 Billions from various Banks to get this merger done.

What will be the value of this future entity after the merger?

How this will affect the WMIH PPS.

Nobody will let investors bye actions at the actual price knowing that it will jump over 4$ in few months. they will block it for sure.

Is it possible that they move Wand merger at NASDAC?
