and there is absolutely nothing from Friday there.

Remember that the judge's order was written in a way that the FTC response, IF ANY, would be required by Friday the 16th

There might still be an entry as late as tomorrow, since today is a Federal holiday, so the court is probably closed today

I think if the FTC does not respond then we are getting close to the end

In my opinion, IVDN will likely not be willing to settle the case, why should they? It is time for either the FTC to stand down, or for the judge to end this case, preferably with prejudice. Someone should be made to pay for the last 16 months that IVDN has basically been unable to sell house wrap and move their plan forward. It has cost them hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars
