Every single day we are being told the truth about the lies shareholders were fed for almost a year now.

This is disgusting, in just over a week we found out Wen Chen has no involvement in Oncolix and now fake filings with major funders ownership in Oncolix?

How many times did shareholders hear about TTSTC being owner of Oncolix? 1 100 200 500 times? over and over?

The purpose of this amendment is to withdraw the Form 3 filed for Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company ("TTSTC"), which was filed erroneously. As the investment entity charged with investing and managing funds dedicated for the State of Texas, TTSTC is an endowment fund and owns Series A Preferred Stock and a warrant to purchase Series A Preferred Stock of the Issuer. TTSTC was not, and is not considered a 10% Owner of the Issuer pursuant to Rule 16a-1(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"). TTSTC's securities were acquired without the purpose or effect of changing or influencing control of the Issuer or engaging in any arrangement subject to Rule 13d-3(b) of the Exchange Act. TTSTC is required by law to transfer any proceeds or earnings realized from the sale of the aforementioned securities to the State's Treasury, subject to appropriation by the Texas Legislature to fund and support state programs and operations. Within the last six months, TTSTC has not engaged in any transactions in the Issuer's securities that were not exempt under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act.No securities are beneficially owned.
