Such a "great" company with every other 8 K being questionable and SEC delinquent is comical at best.

Does any intelligent investor question why they did not file?
The auditor ploy has been used before by the principals here.
They did not change auditors.
If they did it is another SEC violation by not filing!

That would be more ammo in the file.

Related companies are up to 2 years delinquent and trading .0001/.0002!
