That logic has it's flaws, most glaring is that the LT can't do any business only LIQUIDATE ASSETS.

Plus the LT is not a on going company but is related only to the BK.

Once the BK is closed the LT will go POOOOOF IN THE WIND.

Then what happens to those assets?
