To clarify, I have two statements from the company that more or less comfirm that there is another loan. I also know what FD and S meet 3 times in stockholm, additionally i also got indication that Alessandros mystic loan will be replaced.

Before that I got the information about retire FD loan.

When speaking with FD I also understood he wanted to make something differently.

I was more interested in how you see that there are shares dedicated for that, how many shares are outstanding after all loan is paid back, how many colladaral and what is the gap?

What I cannot understand is if this loan is with Dalessandro or FD.
