I have information that there is a loan (not mega)...

It doesn't have to big. That's the beauty of it.

But how did you conclude this RD, I read all your posts, could u quick summarize ur reasoning?

It's a number of things. The visit to Sweden, as I said. Calculating the O/S. For fredrik and some of the other Nordic people, even Garrett, it's their asses on the line. They can't afford to lose with SIAF and neither can we. So I think what I would do. And I've seen Fredrik's work before, the convertible bond. It was a pretty good way to create value. Win-win.

It's more a matter of forcing Solomon to make concessions, as we have seen before. How much negotiating power do you have. How desperate Solomon is, etc. Doesn't mean a deal will come out of it. But this time, I think there has to be one. Not necessarily because Solomon desperately needs the money (although that's usually a safe bet) but also because of the A-shares. And changing the existing contract. They could easily make a deal that benefits both the A-share holders, and the financing partner. At the cost of us poor shareholders of course. But at 64 cents that's very relative, or should I say irrelevant. We still have the stock dividend, which alone is worth $3+ per share.
