King Ed - Why is it that you chose to ignore that information/facts have been posted showing that the merger agreement does not allow for a R/S to take place? Is it to promote your agenda, despite facts available that disprove your theory! Its odd to see you push so hard for everyone to believe that a R/S is forthcoming, when the merger agreement clearly disagrees with you because it forbids a R/S. But then again, maybe facts don't factor into your equation/agenda!
