does Biogen need to file with FDA to add the 510 new participants to the AD trial?


The concerning issue to me is, does BIIB continue to run trials on this treatment after so many similar drug failures? B/C they can? Looks like they are changing the sampling models in hopes of improved statistical leverage. Will Precision Medicine trials protocol stop trials in future which present weak DD pre trial evidence? Hope so, get real.
