That feels like the tail wagging the dog. Because they want to uplist ( which requires a $4 per share minimum) then their price per share will have to be that $4 and so it will start working up to that evenly over the year? Is that what you’re suggesting?

To me the more likely implication from that would be that they will need to do a reverse split to force the price per share up, but that is just “realizing the pie”, it keeps the shareholders company ownership percentage unchanged, so who cares?

What am I missing?
