I don't think these philandering were offered and consented to by any of the 3 women. If they had been asked if they would approve such a liaison- it's pretty likely the answer would have been "no".
I agree. Melania's hard to read, but I have the impression she's no longer really interested in sleeping with Trump, but neither does she enjoy being publicly humiliated. It's not as if the Stormy Daniels and MacDougal stories are new. Stormy gave her famous interview in 2011, and evidently there were rumors about MacDougal back in 2006. But that didn't affect Melania directly, I imagine, because she wasn't famous; only Trump was. She didn't become a household name till Trump decided to run.
Now she's First Lady--a job she never wanted--and she's trying to do a reasonably good job of it. Trying to be dignified and act appropriately. The stories about her husband's girlfriends aren't helping; who'd blame her for being pissed off?
Earlier, though, I suspect she knew about his dalliances and put up with them. She was in her mid-30s when Trump finally married her. Time was running out, and she wanted a child. So she got a comfortable live, and she got Barron. If Trump got bored and began screwing around, she may have felt that was a reasonable tradeoff.
But she may feel it's time for him to grow up.
