Hardly, besides draining the cash they had that kind of buying would have moved the sp up.....
Taking the OS from 1.27 to 1 billion isn't exactly earth shattering news.
Fact is Joe was a bum, he never lead CBAI to .02....it was floundering ever since Scitsler was booted, then in 2013 The Tonaquint shitstorm hit hit that nearly bk'd the co.
Joe took the sp to .0015 !
They came out of that with a 2.5 ml Note that again almost buried them.
Hate Red Oak all you want, fact is they saved this co from themselves.
If .006 or more is offered, isn't that better than whatever a buyback would have done ?
To each his own, but imo most shareholders are sick of watching the sp flounder with flat rev's, and no real news to move the stock.
