US Patent Office has another Trademark application "MiNDR" filed a year before the "MIKROS MINDR" by the Ari Healthcare Consulting LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
Curious thing on a Google Search an IBM advertisement is the first choice.
The USPTO.gov says that the application for "MiNDR" is under suspension??? Whatever that means???
Is "Ari Healthcare Consulting LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY" associated with IBM. Google Search show nothing of consequence, other than the IBM ad listed first.
Am I chasing down the wrong rabbit hole?
