I basically agree, except with the last bit about the NSM deal pointing to a large amount of mortgage loans that are "ours" and that JPM is servicing.

WMIH is not the legal successor to WMI. The LT is.

That is clearly stated in the POR.

If there are any assets, of any description, out there that belonged to WMI and that somehow return, they would go to the LT, and the LT would have to liquidate them and distribute the proceeds to piers and then the escrow holders.
