Of course I'd prefer a PPS >$4 without a R/S, BUT if they do a "harmless" 3:1 or 4:1 (given a WMIH PPS between $1.40 and $1.75 at that time) so that the merged company immediately starts with a PPS >$5 (not $4), then many funds that only are allowed to buy stocks > $5 can immediately start buying WMIH/NS at that time.

I would consider that positive for us and the future PPS development...

Justice: Will the $4 be achieved naturally? Or through Reverse Split 2-1 new share

Just thinking out loud... to see pros or cons if this was to happen.
