Greenville Health Systems (a not-for-profit healthcare network with over 15,000 employees) and their President and custodian of ONCX shares, Spence Taylor would have to approve corporate actions including financing and compensation.

Those are simple facts that almost everyone here understands.

Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals NYSE: MNK is the manufacturer of Prolanta through their subsidiary Biovectra.

Biovectra also owns an equity interest in ONCX and their former CEO serves as an uncompensated member of the BOD.

Can we just stick to facts?
