johnnyiwantsome, I agree with your post and AZ but yes after reading trust prospectus which point AZ is correct. I'am not sure what take precedence the trust prospectus which where mostly in safe harbor or court order.

IMO it is each trust prospectus as the court could not change as it was in safe harbor outside of court ruling. IMO
