FDA is rooting for us for sure.

FDA has a lot of splainen' to do after 30+ years of very questionable process guidance for trials.

But, they now have some kind of budget to work with and a sense of direction. I do agree that they are/have been seeking industry vectoring...go in this direction for n miles and you should see a hill (for example).

IMO AVXL has critical information about the features of the HILL and how high it is, do not fly into it at cruise, etc. Additionally, AVXL has a primitive forward looking Doppler system which will help. And, AVXL has a model with clinical output for what Beyond Visual Range (BVR) output requirements should include. In other words we are the best (maybe only) game in town in certain areas, IMO.
