D.......The FDA is less about medicine than politics these days...... If the FDA sides with Amarin against DS, it will anger democrats, who support the DS industry AND republicans, who have been advocating for lower drug prices......Law and the Logic have less to do with this case than whose ox is going to be gored......The FDA therefor prefers to sit tight and be non-commital.
