How is Canopy/Ontario gov't going to dissuade me from buying an ounce of very nice stuff for $200-220?

it will start with you reading the newspaper, listening to the radio or watching the tv, people getting arrested and fined for participating in or patronizing the black market.

The new legislation is not about prosecuting people and putting them into jail, its about collecting fines....

warnings will be issued, examples will be made
