Don't worry Dicammillo, Lifeloc will have it's day soon enough. I believe they have a viable product very near market, but are making sure it will meet all standards that Lifeloc is very familiar with in it's production of alcohol breathalyzers.

To randomly put out "updates" will only cause short term price spikes - which then will attract real short positions. I believe management knows what they are doing, and when the product is solid, the share price will be too.

As far as the current short position, you can see this play out if you have been watching daily trades. He's currently been trying to cover around six dollars - flashing a bid of about 1200 shares... but does not leave bid up for long... in hopes someone will want out, and jump on his buy to cover. He doesn't leave bid up for long, in fear it will attract other buyers that notice there is a buyer coming in. This is professional selling, and just my opinion.

I was fortunate enough to pick up some more shares at the end of December in the fives, and will not let them go...!

The summit on March 15 will attract people to this stock. Hopefully Lifeloc has a few positive things to say by then (Their Yearly report is usually sometime in March).

You know as well as I do, that when the news does come, with such a small float - anyone trying to buy will almost find it impossible to get their limit orders filled. It will be chased up very high in my opinion.
