Interactive brokers is one but if you look at the financial requirements rarely do you see anyone trading penny stocks has the required capital. I've done this for a long time. Talk about shorts and naked shorts in penny land isn't real. People buy and people sell and that's what drives the market. I wouldn't sell this stock anytime soon. It's wound tight and it about to explode.
