I would take the under on most of those totals. I don't know how good jackie bradley is. I think hanley is past his prime. pedroia I think is gonna miss time. Moreland isn't very good. The catcher spot is medicore at best, and I'm being nice.
Bogart could jump to 20 that wouldn't surprise me devers hitting 25 wouldn't surprise me, Betts will hit less than 30 (My guess about 25) that doesn't mean he really isn't a very good player. Bentendi probably will hit a little under your number, I would say around 20-22 would be my estimate. Although I have my concerns plenty of players going through year 2 struggle, so by no means is he or devers guaranteed in that regard.
I think the red sox are the second best team in the AL east by a country mile so they probably will get a chance at a wildcard, th angels and mariners will be the other two team fighting for those two spots right now in my opinion.
