DCTH IR Tom Johnson said Roth controlled offering 100% and they (DCTH) didn't know who purchased the shares. Rightttttttt. Wink. Wink. Management is doing what's best for all. Righttttttt. Wink. Wink.

They will be presenting at the upcoming Roth conference in March.

He understands previous shareholders have been hosed, and are pissed, but he has no input into what the Board and CEO Simpson are effin up. Can't imagine having his job right now. He's probably drinking as heavy as the bent over shareholders.

Just know that the primary purchaser will wait until the last possible minute to file the required forms. Now why would that be? Wink. Wink.
